Show and export items not priced by strategy, with accurate counts and reasons

The Strategy Execution Summary now explains "Items not priced" in plain language and offers buttons to view or export those items. The "Show Skus NOT included in Strategy" menu item now counts correctly (using PSRuleHistory instead of PSRule) and is only available after a strategy has run. A new export writes every not-priced item to Excel with a Reason column explaining why each was left alone.
What changed
The summary now says clearly that unpriced items are not an error—your strategy just didn't select them. It shows how many had no cost versus how many weren't selected by any step.
Click "Show Skus Not In Strategy" on the summary screen to see the items your strategy didn't select—no need to hunt through the menus.
Export the full not-priced list to Excel with a Reason column that tells you what to fix for each item. The file isn't limited by your display records setting, so you get the complete list.
The "Show Skus NOT included in Strategy" list now shows all items no step touched, even when your strategy has a catch-all step—it was undercounting before.
The "Show Skus NOT included in Strategy" menu is greyed out until you've run a strategy—before that, nothing has been priced yet so the list would be meaningless.
If the not-in-strategy screen is empty, you'll see a message confirming that every item was covered—not just a blank grid.
Setting Maximum Display Records to "Unlimited" now actually loads all records instead of stopping at one.
