Resolved an issue where long-running Compass/MySQL POS data merge operations appeared frozen with no progress updates, causing imports to be incorrectly flagged as stalled and potentially force-quit by watchdog timers.
What changed
Progress updates now show during POS merge operations
When importing large Compass stores, the progress screen now shows "merging POS data," "rebuilding SKU index," and "finalizing store data" as separate visible steps instead of appearing frozen during the merge.
Merge duration now logged for diagnostics
