Fix Strategy Execution Summary dialog button clipping and drill-in result persistence

Fixed two issues in the Strategy Execution Summary dialog: buttons were being clipped off the left edge when the dialog was too narrow, and drill-in results (Show Skus Not In Strategy, Show Affected Items) were being replaced by the default post-run view immediately after loading.

What changed

Strategy Summary buttons no longer clipped at narrow widths

All buttons in the Strategy Execution Summary are now visible and clickable, even when the dialog is resized smaller.

Strategy Summary drill-in results now stay on screen

When you click "Show Skus Not In Strategy" or "Show Affected Items" in the Strategy Execution Summary, the grid now displays the items you requested instead of showing all price changes.

Show Affected Items button tooltip now visible when disabled

Hovering over the greyed-out "Show Affected Items" button now explains that you need to select a step first.
