Fix store identity validation to prevent configuration mix-ups between stores

Added startup detection and automatic repair when a store's configured identity contradicts the database's own record, preventing data from one store being synced or backed up under another store's name. This addresses cases where license fallback had incorrectly stamped unrelated stores with a different company's store number.
What changed
If your store settings were accidentally changed to another company's store number, the app will now catch this at startup and ask you to confirm your correct store information before proceeding.
When your store information is corrected, cloud sync settings will now automatically update to use your correct organization instead of keeping another store's settings.
