RockSolid OLEDB driver check and installation from Options tab

Added a new RockSolid tab in Options that displays the status of the Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 driver required for RockSolid imports and provides a one-click Install/Verify button. The startup check now uses a centralized service that properly detects the driver for 64-bit Margin Master.

What changed

RockSolid Options tab with OLEDB driver status and installation

Open Tools > Options, go to the RockSolid tab under POS / Connections, and see whether the OLEDB driver is installed. If it's missing, click "Install OLEDB Driver" to download and install it automatically. Windows will ask for administrator permission.

Centralized OLEDB driver detection service

The check for the RockSolid import driver is now more reliable and tells you exactly which version you need.

Enhanced OLEDB installation error handling

If the OLEDB driver installation needs a Windows restart or runs into the 32-bit Office issue, Margin Master now tells you exactly what happened and how to proceed.
