Purchase order readiness guidance in Import BisTrack Data window

If you open the import window and see purchase orders listed, "Ready to apply" orders will be processed when you close the window. Orders under "Cannot be applied yet" need their yard restored from Backup Files first.

When a purchase order can't be applied because its yard has no data, both the import window and the results report now show the same step-by-step instructions to restore that yard from Backup Files.

You'll no longer see an empty "No New Files to Import" message when purchase orders are actually waiting in the folder—the window now tells you exactly what it found.
