Propello integration simplified to file import and CSV export only

The direct connection to Propello (Epicor Retail Cloud) has been removed at Epicor's request. Propello stores now use file-based workflows exclusively: import the inventory export .xlsx file from your import folder, and export price changes as a CSV file for the Price Change Import tool in Propello.

What changed

Propello direct connection removed

Margin Master no longer connects directly to your Propello account. You'll work with files instead.

Propello import now file-only

To import Propello data, run the full inventory export in Propello, save the .xlsx file to your Margin Master import folder, then click Data > Import Propello Data.

Propello Options tab removed

Propello export creates CSV file for manual import

When exporting price changes for Propello, Margin Master creates a NewRetails.csv file. You'll need to import this file into Propello using the Price Change Import tool, then review and finalize the changes in Propello.
