Database setup now names the stopped SQL Server service and fixes Start button

When SQL Server is installed but not running, the Database Setup window now clearly identifies which service is stopped (e.g., "SQL Server (SQLEXPRESS)") and directs users to click the "Start SQL Server Service" button. Previously, users saw only a generic "network-related error" message. The Start button also now reliably enables after the initial scan completes.

If your SQL Server service is stopped, Margin Master now shows you the exact service name and tells you to use the Start button, instead of showing a confusing error message.
Start SQL Server Service button now enables properly
The "Start SQL Server Service" button now works immediately when you need it, instead of staying greyed out.
