Fix Cost Break validation error reporting when loading pricing strategies

Fixed how Margin Master reports missing Cost Break models when loading saved pricing strategies. Previously, a deleted Cost Break model was incorrectly reported as a "selection box" error with confusing warnings about WHERE clauses. The validation now provides clear, accurate error messages explaining that the model no longer exists and how to resolve it.
What changed
If you try to load a pricing strategy that uses a Cost Break model someone has deleted, you'll now see a straightforward error explaining which model is missing and what to do—either recreate the Cost Break model or edit the strategy to use a different one.
Cost Break models are now matched case-insensitively when loading pricing strategies, so "ORGILL DEPT 40" and "Orgill Dept 40" are treated as the same model, matching how the actual pricing works.
