Fix modal dialogs hiding behind main window during database setup

Fixed an issue where modal database setup dialogs (Create New, Restore, Demo) could hide behind the main window when other windows were activated, making the application appear frozen. These dialogs now properly own their parent windows to stay on top.

Database setup dialogs can no longer hide behind main window
When setting up or restoring a database, the setup dialogs will now always stay in front of the main window, preventing situations where the app appears frozen because a dialog is hidden behind other windows.
