Enable Save button after renaming pricing strategy steps

Fixed an issue where the Save button remained disabled after renaming a step in the Manage Pricing Strategies (V2) dialog, preventing users from saving their changes.
What changed
Save button now activates when renaming strategy steps
Previously, if you renamed a step in a pricing strategy, the Save button stayed greyed out and you couldn't save your work. This now works correctly — renaming a step will activate the Save button so you can save your changes.
Close prompt now appears for unsaved step edits
If you rename a step or change its settings and then try to close the window, you'll now see a prompt asking if you want to save your changes — preventing accidental loss of work.
