Theisens POS Import
What is this?
Theisens is one of the point-of-sale systems Margin Master supports: choose it as the POS System Type on Tools > Options > Store Information and the Data > Get POS Data command imports its export. This system has no stores actively importing at the moment, so its configuration and processing guide has not been written yet.
Setting it up
The general path is the same for every file-based system - see How POS Import Works:
- Set POS System Type to Theisens on Tools > Options > Store Information.
- Set the Import Path on Tools > Options > Miscellaneous to the folder the point of sale exports to.
- Place the export in that folder and choose Data > Get POS Data.
- Match the store in the Store Manager if the import reports a store that needs setup.
If you are a Theisens store setting up Margin Master, contact Margin Master support before the first import: support will confirm the export layout with you and this guide will be completed from your setup.
